- What counts as a Sage AI question?
- Any message you send to Sage in the chat panel — asking for a lesson plan, session notes, student feedback, or anything else. Tool calls Sage makes internally do not count against your quota.
- Does the 10% platform fee apply on all plans?
- Yes. The 10% platform fee applies to all marketplace-sourced bookings regardless of plan. If you bring your own clients directly, no fee is charged. Plans unlock Sage quota and features — not lower commission rates.
- What happens after the 14-day trial?
- If you add a payment method during the trial, you move to the plan you selected. If not, the subscription cancels automatically and you drop to 10 Sage questions per day on the free tier. No charge either way without a card on file.
- Is there a plan for agencies and schools?
- Organisation accounts are available for tutoring agencies, schools, and educational companies. Email admin@tutorwise.io and we will set you up with a team account.
