- What counts as a Quantum AI question?
- Any message you send to Quantum in the chat panel. Tool calls Quantum makes internally (fetching prices, running indicators, pulling your trade history) do not count — only the conversation turns you initiate.
- Does Traderwise place real trades?
- No. Traderwise is strictly paper trading and education. Real orders happen at your broker (IG, CMC, Pepperstone, etc.). We simulate the mechanics so the transition to live is frictionless.
- What happens after the 14-day trial?
- If you add a payment method during the trial, you move to the plan you selected. If not, the subscription cancels automatically and you drop to 10 questions per day on the free tier. No charge either way without a card on file.
- Is there an enterprise / team tier?
- Not yet. If you run a prop-style training desk and want multi-seat access, email hello@traderwise.io and we will figure it out with you.
